The MassLynx Raw SDK is a set of 64 bit assemblies to allow access to MassLynx Raw data independently of the MassLynx application.

Supported platforms are Windows and Linux

Supported languages are c++, c# .Net and python

Functionality includes:

• Extracting header information
• Reading raw scan data
• Extracting TIC, BPI and mass chromatograms
• Reading analog channels
• Lock mass correction
• Spectral processing
• Creating and submitting sample lists to AutoLynx

Licensing

The MassLynx Raw SDK license file will be send by email when requesting a download from the MicroApps Store. The license must match the version of the MassLynx Raw SDK.
