MSI Quantify provides a processing workflow for performing quantitative mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) analysis. The app imports MSI data acquired with MRM and SIR modes in the form of MassLynx .raw files, processed analyte .txt files output from Waters HDI software, or processed region-summed MVA .csv files also output from Waters HDI software. The app provides semi-automated tools to define spatial regions of interest (ROIs) from MSI data used to construct calibration curves mapping average signal intensities to known dose quantities or concentrations, along with appropriate normalization using internal standards or tissue-specific correction factors. These calibration curves can then be used to estimate an unknown dose in a separate tissue of interest.
