MSI RT Viewer helps to constantly monitor the raw file for new scans.
The software allows a user to select a monitoring directory, such that, when a MassLynx raw file is generated the software will constantly monitor the raw file for new scans. Upon detecting new scans the software uses a real time method (previously created by the user) to extract masses of interest. The intensity values for these masses of interest are then displayed as spatially arranged images on the GUI (bitmaps). The pixels are colored according to a user selected heatmap (see below) in a specified interpolation mode (normalised globally or by each xic image).
